Real Stories from Brave Health Patients

We provide virtual mental health services that meet people where they are. Hear how real patients found support, healing, and hope through Brave Health—and how accessible care made all the difference.
I feel very heard by my care team and they're amazing people to work with. This is the most comfortable I've ever been working with a mental health team.
Tiffany, Age 25
I love my therapist, she's awesome. She's good and thorough. She really cares and makes me feel comfortable enough to tell her my issues.
Hailey, Age 14
I didn’t think I’d like telehealth as I’ve always done in-person… but I’m a convert!
David, Age 66
The staff made feel comfortable enough to open up to them. They are peeling everything back to get to the underlying issues. Normally I don't have people I can vent to and get good advice from. I enjoy their calls.
Adam, Age 35
Both my therapist and psychiatrist are amazing people who really help and understand your issues. They try to get to the root of the problem without pushing medication unless you need it.
Ivan, Age 38
[My provider and I] have built a relationship on respect and trust, and I have not had that with any previous counselors in the past 40 years.
Benita, Age 64
