Congratulations! You've taken a brave and bold step towards mental wellness. We're thrilled that you scheduled your first appointment with Brave Health. We are rooting for you and want to let you know what you can expect from your first telehealth visit.

Brave Health is a virtual mental health provider dedicated to helping people thrive by engaging them in high-quality, easily accessible mental health care. We treat a range of conditions across the spectrum of mental health disorders. Our programs are evidence-based, drawing on approaches to treatment that are clinically proven to be effective.

24 Hours Before Your Appointment

Complete your pre-appointment forms: 

You will receive a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cannot attend anymore, please respond “No” so that we can give the appointment slot to another individual who wants care.

12 Hours Before Your Appointment

You will receive another text reminder 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please use this as an opportunity to move to a quiet, private space.

At Appointment Time

Click the link in the text and you will be placed in the private waiting room.

Your therapist or medication management provider will then arrive to complete your telehealth appointment.
