If you experience a mental health emergency at any time, contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
Connect with an Access Counselor to schedule your assessment and discuss your goals and treatment options.
After the assessment, you’ll be matched with a care team, which will include a therapist and/or medical team member. Together, you’ll establish your treatment plan.
Continue to see your treatment team on a monthly or bimonthly basis, make progress towards your goals, re-evaluating along the way.
