Patient Notifications

Patient Notifications are real-time email updates at key moments of the patient journey. They provide you with visibility into the treatment that patients are receiving and when additional support may be needed.

Patient notifications from Brave Health

We'll Keep You in the Loop

We believe that you can't treat who you can't reach.

Patient Notifications let you know when patients have scheduled and completed their initial BPS, therapy, and medication management appointments. They also give you insight on how to help when we can’t get in touch with a patient - whether they’ve missed an appointment or still need to complete forms.

Together, we can make sure no one falls through the cracks on the way to getting care.

How Patient Notifications Can Help You

Save Time. As soon as we schedule the appointment, you will receive an email Patient Notification letting you know that the patient has been scheduled along with the patient appointment date and time. All of these updates will be in your email inbox so that you can quickly see where patients are in their journey at Brave.

Coordinate Care. After a patient attends their first BPS, therapy, or medication management appointment, we will notify you so that you can update your records. If a patient doesn't show up for their appointment, you’ll receive a notification about the missed appointment with steps to help the patient reschedule.

Improve Patient Outcomes. If we haven’t been able to make contact with the patient after multiple outreach attempts, you’ll receive an email update with a specific action to help coordinate care.

Together, we can support patients on their journey towards better mental health.
