Most services happen using secure video, where the patient and the provider are connected to the session at the same time.
You’ll need to be in a quiet, private place with a strong connection to the internet.
Some services aren’t a good fit for telehealth. If you need or want a service we can’t or don’t provide, we’ll work with you to find alternatives in your community.
At any time, if you prefer to transfer your care to an in-office provider, you can let us know, and we will work with you on the transition.
