Brave Health accepts most insurance, so costs vary depending on your plan. For those paying for services without insurance, our fee schedule can be found here.
We take Aetna, Ambetter, Beacon, Cigna, Coventry, Florida Blue, Humana, Molina, Simply, Sunshine Health, TRICARE, StayWell/WellCare, United/Optum, and others. If you’re not sure if we accept your insurance, you can always reach out and we’ll be happy to check.
Brave Health’s team of experts includes licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and counselors. Each of our team members has received specialized training in addiction and/or mental health.
Every patient is different based on each individual’s goals. On average, patients may be with us for between 6 and 18 months.
